Job Summary
QA/QC Engineer Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I)
Location: Salzgitter Germany
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months renewable (project ongoing until 2027)
Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled QA/QC Engineer Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) to join our team on a major industrial construction project in Germany. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in quality control and inspection for electrical and instrumentation systems within industrial energy or infrastructure environments.
Main Responsibilities
Supervise and perform inspections of E&I installation activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
Review and manage inspection and test plans (ITPs) and quality documentation.
Coordinate with construction commissioning and HSE teams to maintain high-quality work standards.
Verify material certificates calibration reports and test records.
Participate in punch list preparation and ensure closure of quality issues.
Support client and third-party inspections when required.
Requirements
Proven experience in QA/QC within Electrical & Instrumentation disciplines.
Knowledge of international standards (IEC ISO API ASME etc.).
Strong communication skills in English (German not mandatory).
Availability to work full-time on site under a rotation schedule.
EU citizenship or valid work rights in the European Union.
Job Conditions
Working schedule: 10 hours/day 6 days/week
Rotation: 90/15
