Role : Junior. Product Engineer-Senior
Experience : 3 to 7 years
Technical Skills
- Databricks/ Snowflake /Java/ .net / and Python Experience in Cloud (Azure/ GCS / AWS).
- Experience in AI and some models will be an good
- Experienced in microservices API development/ data architecture application deployment
- Skilled in DB queries and performance tuning
- Technically Hands-on
- Exposure to datalakes CI/CD (nice to have)
Job Description
As a Junior Technical Product Engineer you will play a crucial role in supporting the technical aspects of product development and implementation. You will work closely with product management engineering and customer support teams to ensure that products meet technical specifications and customer requirements. Your responsibilities will include assisting in product design testing and troubleshooting as well as providing technical support to internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the technical design and development of new products and features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical requirements and specifications.
- Conduct product testing validation and troubleshooting to ensure functionality and performance.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation including user manuals specifications and training materials.
- Provide technical support to customers and internal teams addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Participate in product demonstrations and training sessions for customers and sales teams.
- Analyze customer feedback and technical data to inform product improvements and enhancements.
- Stay updated on industry trends technologies and best practices related to product engineering.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Computer Science or related field) MCA
- Basic understanding of product development processes and technical specifications.
- Experienced in software development coding or engineering tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment or contribute individually
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges.
