We are currently looking to recruit for a Purchase Ledger clerk to help with all duties within the team.

LOCATION: Nottingham UK Hybrid working after understanding of the role

JOB SPECIFICATION: Purchase Ledger Clerk

  • As a Purchase Ledger Clerk you will be responsible in supporting the Finance team around the clock to make sure invoices are paid on time!
  • You will be processing supplier invoices and matching them against our PO system aswell as the GRNI (good received not invoiced).
  • You will be required to identify any errors and queries and be tasked in taking this up with suppliers and relevant internal departments.
  • You will be responsible for keying in invoices as well as expenses and account reconciliations.

REQUIREMENTS: Purchase Ledger Clerk

  • We are looking for someone that has great organisation skills and to have experience with working in an accounts/purchase ledger team for at least 2 years.
  • Strong communication skills and likes to work as part of a team.
  • We are looking for someone that is enthusiastic and likes getting results!
