Affiliate Faculty Position (Part-Time)
Department of Dermatology Emory University School of Medicine
The Department of Dermatology at the Emory University School of Medicine invites applications for a part-time Affiliate Faculty position. This role is ideal for dermatologists seeking flexible academic engagement while contributing meaningfully to clinical care and resident education.
Provide 8 to 10 weeks per year of consultative dermatology coverage at:
Emory University Hospital
Emory University Hospital Midtown
Offer periodic coverage of the Dermatology Continuity Clinic and Resident Clinics
Serve as backup coverage for the Dermatology E-Consult Team
M.D. or M.D./Ph.D. degree
Board-certified or board-eligible in Dermatology
Demonstrated excellence in clinical care
Experience and aptitude in teaching residents and/or fellows
The successful candidate will join a collegial and nationally recognized department committed to excellence in patient care education and service. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an academic dermatology program while maintaining a part-time commitment.
NOTE: Position tasks are generally required to be performed in-person at an Emory University location. Remote work from home day options may be granted at department discretion. Emory reserves the right to change remote work status with notice to employee.
