The selected candidate will be responsible for leading an experienced global team in stabilizing creating operational silence automating through innovation and meeting the business demands for hard lines voice over Internet Protocol (IP) lines call centers and closed areas across Boeing. Position Responsibilities:
Create consistent high-quality digital experiences that support product delivery and operational excellence
Lead a global team of Voice experts across architecture engineering administration and program delivery
Define team strategy assign ownership and foster a culture of collaboration accountability and innovation
Partner with enterprise security teams to enhance and maintain telemetry into the broader cybersecurity ecosystem
Ensure security and compliance for employees handling sensitive or mission-critical systems
Leverage data and analytics to continuously optimize health compliance and employee experience
Consolidate voice management systems and processes with a modern management device framework
Implement automation scripting PowerShell Bash Applications Programing Interfaces (APIs) and workflows to reduce manual work and improve scalability
Deliver voice capabilities through Agile practices
Lead team through Program Increment planning and work with Product leads to align Voice efforts with enterprise priorities
Use Agile ceremonies metrics and feedback loops to drive iteration velocity and delivery consistency
Align team priorities to enterprise goals through Agile backlogs Program Increments and cross-functional delivery
BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
8 years of experience in supporting products in an Application Lifecycle Management environment such as requirements gathering development testing deployment and maintenance
5 years of experience with performing risk management to minimize potential risks
5 years of experience in a leadership role leading global teams initiatives or projects to meet business objectives and influence change
3 years of experience in different telephony systems and technologies (VoIP Analog PBX etc.)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience with Avaya and Cisco infrastructure environments
Experience leading technical transformations on a global scale
Experience supporting highly secure regulated manufacturing or aerospace environments
Experience in Voice applications (Netplus Reliatel Prognosis etc.)
