Position Summary: The Room Attendant is responsible for preparing and presenting the guest room to the very high standards of The Lantern Columbia.

Essential Job Functions
- Preparing and presenting the guest room to the very high standards of The Lantern Columbia. Perfectly clean perfectly set.
- Check-outs take a bit longer: remove soiled linens remake the bed remove trash reset all items vacuum dust sanitize and clean the bathroom floors shower vanity and basin replace amenities when needed.
- Services take less time: bed remade terry replaced trash removed vacuum present room to show guests we care for the them.
- Complete tasks within the designated time periods for check-outs and services.
- Immediately report any technical issues and maintenance needs using our app.
- Update status of guest rooms on device.
- Restock cleaning cart inform Housekeeping Support when guest floorclosets are in need of linen and supplies.
- Follow all health and safety rules.
- Attend meetings as required.
- Be a great teammate especially when paired with another team member.
Experience and Education:
Having cleaned before (hotel residential commercial stewarding) is a plus but not necessary. Well hire for energy heart attention to detail and can train you.
Do need a High school diploma GED Certificate of Completion or equivalent
