VOS MISSIONS

Vous intégrerez une équipe dynamique collaborative et conviviale qui intervient sur tout type de transactions : fusions et acquisitions de sociétés cotées et non cotées gouvernance private equity marchés de capitaux et restructurations dentreprises (en difficulté ou non).

Vous serez pleinement intégré(e) à léquipe dans le traitement des dossiers et serez certainement amené(e) à travailler en étroite collaboration avec les autres groupes de pratique (en particulier Finance Fiscal Social) ainsi quavec nos bureaux étrangers.

Vous participerez à des missions très diverses et variées comme un jeune collaborateur(trice) aussi bien en français quen anglais.

Vous procéderez notamment à des recherches juridiques complexes à la rédaction de notes et memoranda à la rédaction de projets de documentation corporate et transactionnelle ainsi quau suivi des opérations de signing et de closing. Vous participerez bien entendu aux formations dispensées aux membres de léquipe ainsi quà leur élaboration.

En complément de points détape à la moitié et à la fin de votre stage vous serez accompagné(e) tout au long de votre stage par un avocat référent pour bénéficier au mieux de votre expérience parmi nous.


VOTRE PROFIL

Vous êtes à la recherche dun stage dune durée de 3 à 6 mois en Corporate vous êtes titulaire dun excellent parcours académique en droit avec une spécialisation en droit des affaires en Master 2 éventuellement accompagné dun diplôme dIEP/Ecole de commerce et/ou dun LLM. Vous disposez dun très bon niveau danglais tant à loral quà lécrit et vous souhaitez évoluer au sein dun environnement international. Vous êtes motivé(e) proactif(ve) et sympathique.

YOUR ROLE

You will be part of a dynamic collaborative and friendly team that works on all types of transactions: mergers and acquisitions of listed and unlisted companies corporate governance private equity capital markets and restructuring of companies (distressed or not).

You will be fully integrated into the team in the handling of files and will certainly be required to work closely with the other practice groups (in particular Finance Tax Social etc.) as well as with our foreign offices.

You will be involved in a wide variety of assignments as a junior member of the team in both French and English.

You will be responsible for complex legal research drafting memoranda drafting corporate and transactional documents as well as monitoring signing and closing operations. You will of course participate in the training and development courses provided to the team members.

In addition to mid-internship and final reviews you will be supported throughout your internship by a referral lawyer to help make the most of your experience with us.

YOUR PROFILE

You are looking for a 3 to 6 months internship in Corporate Law you have an excellent academic background in law with a Master 2 degree in business law possibly together with a diploma from an Institute of Political Studies/Business School and/or an LLM. You have a very good level of both spoken and written English and you want to work in an international environment. You are motivated proactive and friendly.
