Job Summary

Are you passionate about driving continuous improvement and building capability in a dynamic manufacturing environment Were on the lookout for a Best Practice Specialist to join our brewery team and play a critical role in shaping our journey towards operational excellence!

What Youll Do:

Coach and build understanding of Lean Practices and TPM across the department
Lead the development and deployment of Best Practice Pilots and work packages that improve safety quality cost delivery and morale.
Support Site Strategy Broadplan and Value Creation initiatives.
Facilitate and coordinate TPM improvement cycles across brewing or packaging.
Own BOS audit compliance and Visual Management standards across the department.
Build expertise in key systems like SAP PowerBI and SEQIS Talent.
Champion a coaching culture ensuring training plans and skills matrices are kept current and future-fit.

What Youll Bring

Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing TPM and Operational Excellence.
Experience leading teams or initiatives within an operation or FMCG environment.
Facilitation coaching and stakeholder engagement skills.
A curious mindset with the confidence to challenge the status quo and drive cultural change.
Digital literacy with systems like SAP PowerBI and Kronos.
