What Youll Do in This Role:

As a Household Homemakeryou will be responsible for brightening the lives of older adults by delivering exceptional customer service and creating meaningful this role youll handle a variety of dining services including household cooking kitchen assistance and related activities all while fostering a warm welcoming environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Create an enjoyable dining experience serving residents and their guests
• Assists with serving resident meals snacks and nourishments.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen dining and service area.
• Prepare food for household meals and snacks that are healthy and appetizing.
• Plans and facilitates activities for residents involve food preparation or other activities specific to the kitchen.

What Youll Need:

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Prior experience as a waiter/waitress or server in a restaurant nursing home or retirement community serving older adults is preferred.
• Certification in Food Handling preferred.
• Experience in commercial food preparation and services preferred.
• Certification in Dining Assistant or CNA preferred.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds.
