The Heart of the Role
A kind and respectful family in Atherton is seeking an additional experienced housekeeper to join their well-established household team. This role offers a unique schedule focused on mid-week through the weekend perfect for someone who enjoys supporting a refined and welcoming home environment during peak family and entertaining hours. Ego-free team player attitude a must!
Youll work alongside an existing housekeeper team and collaborate with other household staff in a calm professional atmosphere. This is not a formal service environment but attention to detail and familiarity with high-end expectations are essential. The ideal candidate is proactive steady and quietly confidentsomeone who finds satisfaction in order consistency and being of service.
This position is best suited for a local candidate who thrives in a team-based setting takes pride in their craft and brings a grounded warm presence to the home.
Schedule
Start date: ASAP
Core Responsibilities
Daily and rotational deep cleaning of interior spaces
Safe skilled care of high-end finishes and delicate surfaces
Laundry care including washing steaming pressing and folding
Linen and towel changes bed making
Maintaining orderly closets cabinets and pantries
Light tidying during family use of common areas
Reporting minor maintenance or household needs
Occasional assistance for meals events or guests
The Right Fit
4 years in private households or luxury hotels
Discreet respectful and reliable with a calm can-do attitude
Naturally organized with excellent attention to detail
Positive communicator who works well solo or with a team
Comfortable following direction while staying aware of surroundings
Strong English language skills
Authorized to work in the U.S.
COVID vaccinated and boosted
Valid drivers license; excellent references required

Compensation & Benefits
From $45-$55/hour DOE
