What you will do:

Develop trusted relationships with team members customers and key stakeholders.
Provide sales analytics and interpret market intelligence and market research.
Manage seed inventory ordering logistics and treatment coordinationincluding maintaining accurate treatment inventory.
Serve as a primary point of contact for seed-related weekend operations and calls ensuring responsiveness and continuity of service.
Assist in the development of sales capital budgets and forecasts.
Analyze customer requirements and illustrate how Nutriens products and services can provide value and support to the customer.
Support the seed sales team with administrative activities so they can focus on selling and closing deals.
Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across roles and teams.

What you will bring:

2 years of experience in agriculture agribusiness or operations management; seed-related experience preferred.
University degree in agriculture or related field preferred; high school diploma with equivalent experience required.
Understanding of seed operations branch processes and product services
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
Valid drivers license
