As a Broadcast Manager youll play a key role in ensuring seamless delivery of live sports broadcasts to global rights holders. Working across both planning and live operations youll coordinate monitor and troubleshoot transmissions across a packed calendar of world-class sporting events.
What youll do
Plan coordinate and oversee live transmission operations for international sports tournaments and events.
Manage bookings for contribution and distribution via satellite fibre IP and SRT.
Provide live monitoring routing and troubleshooting of feeds from the broadcast operations hub.
Liaise with production engineering and external partners to ensure smooth delivery and swift resolution of technical issues.
Maintain transmission schedules logs and technical documentation.
Support post-event reporting and day-to-day broadcast operations.
What were looking for
Proven experience in live broadcast operations ideally within a live sports or major events environment.
Strong understanding of contribution and distribution workflows (satellite fibre IP/SRT/Zixi BT Tower).
Confident in video/audio monitoring signal routing and talkback systems.
Excellent organisational skills attention to detail and composure under pressure.
A proactive communicator who enjoys problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work shifts including evenings and weekends.
