Your Tasks
Join our Digital Innovation team to help scout opportunities run quick experiments and turn promising ideas into measurable impact across marketing product and operations.
- Support discovery & research: market scans trend scouting competitor/benchmark decks and stakeholder interviews.
- Help run pilots/PoCs: coordinate timelines prep test assets track KPIs and compile learnings.
- Create content that moves projects forward: pitch decks one-pagers newsletters and short-form visuals/videos for internal comms and social.
- Coordinate events & workshops: logistics attendee comms support and followup documentation.
- Support performance workstreams: simple dashboards campaign checks and reporting for digital experiments (incl. paid media pilots).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing Tech and Innovation to keep experiments moving and outcomes documented.
Your Profile
- You are enrolled in a Bachelors/Masters program (e.g. Business/Economics/Management) with exposure to Technology & Innovation Management Entrepreneurship Agile Management or Digital Innovation.
- Good German and English language skills
- You are energetic proactive creative and comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
- Hands-on with creative/marketing tools: Microsoft Office Google Ads Canva CapCut Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop.
- Communication skills: write clearly visualize ideas and summarize insights for non-experts (e.g. newsletters event recaps social posts). Experience producing social posts video snippets and newsletter content is a plus.
