As we continue to grow globally were now expanding our presence in the BeNeLux region and were looking for someone to help us shape that success.
As a Key Account Manager BeNeLux (m/f/d) you will be the primary contact for our most important clients in Belgium the Netherlands and Luxembourg. Youll build and maintain strong long-term relationships identify opportunities for growth and act as a strategic partner helping our customers achieve success with Shopware.
These are your tasks:
Account Management: Develop and maintain strong trust-based relationships with key enterprise clients in the BeNeLux region.
Growth Enablement: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities leveraging Shopwares ecosystem of technology and solution partners (e.g. ERP logistics or payment providers).
Customer Success: Ensure high customer satisfaction through regular strategic reviews close collaboration with internal teams and proactive support.
Market Engagement: Represent Shopware at industry events trade fairs and local networking opportunities to strengthen our brand presence in BeNeLux.
Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Marketing Product and Support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and strategic alignment.
This is what youll bring to the table:
Proven experience in Key Account Management ideally within the e-commerce or SaaS industry.
Excellent communication skills in English and at least one BeNeLux language (Dutch or French).
A self-starter with strong organizational and analytical skills.
Solid understanding of the e-commerce landscape and enthusiasm for digital innovation.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce).
