Invoicing Specialist
Your main responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle billing for 1013 offices (150337 invoices/month)
- Complete customer forms manual invoices & notarizations
- Support local offices with construction invoicing requirements
- Ensure timely billing to meet customer requirements
- Identify billing opportunities & complete final billings
- Manage email requests & provide out-of-office backup coverage
- Monitor forms box print/scan/email spools handle FedEx requests
- Perform 3rd-party uploads as needed
- Participate/lead monthly billing calls to address issues & gaps
- Process LOAs for advanced billing (<35%)

- Strong analytical time management and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with strong follow-up and closure abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint)
- SAP knowledge preferred
- Detail-oriented with focus on reducing errors
- Ability to interpret business documents contracts financial reports and regulations
- Strong written communication (reports procedures correspondence)
- Confident in presenting and responding to questions from stakeholders
