Job Summary

PRIMARY PURPOSE:

Plan implement and evaluate a comprehensive elementary literacy and math program. Provide in-class coaching model teaching reflection and evaluation of instructional delivery. Provide resource information to teachers to support literacy and math instruction.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

Valid Texas teaching certificate with required endorsements for the subject assigned

SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

Knowledge of curriculum design and implementation
Ability to evaluate instruction programs and teaching effectiveness
Ability to develop and deliver training to adult learners
Ability to interpret data
Strong organizational communication and interpersonal skills

EXPERIENCE:

Prefer at least three years of teaching experience in the subject area assigned
