Job Description
We are seeking a Production Assistant to support our creative and operations teams in executing dynamic projects from concept to completion. This role requires a detail-oriented and adaptable individual who can manage multiple tasks coordinate logistics and ensure each production runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Assist in the organization setup and execution of production activities.
Coordinate schedules materials and logistics for on-site and off-site productions.
Communicate with vendors team members and supervisors to ensure timely delivery of all project components.
Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to production progress.
Support quality control efforts to uphold brand standards and client expectations.
Provide hands-on assistance during production days to ensure all aspects operate efficiently.
