Job Summary

Job Description

Property Soar is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Account Assistant to support our management team in day-to-day operations and client account coordination. This position requires exceptional organizational and communication skills as you will serve as a key point of contact between clients executives and internal departments. You will help ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently contributing to the companys continued growth and success.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to executive and account management teams.

  • Prepare review and maintain reports records and client documentation.

  • Coordinate meetings follow-ups and communications between clients and internal teams.

  • Assist in managing client accounts ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

  • Support project tracking data management and performance analysis.

  • Contribute to the planning and execution of company initiatives and account strategies.


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

  • Self-motivated adaptable and detail-oriented.
