We are a collaborative team of data experts and we are looking for an experienced leader to drive the implementation and oversight of our Data Governance practice. This is a unique opportunity where you will lead data stewards technologists and analysts while also taking a hands-on role to ensure the effectiveness of our Data Governance initiatives.

Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Data Governance Lead to join our Analytic Center of this critical role youll be responsible for establishing and maturing our data governance framework. Your work will ensure the standardization quality integrity and security of our data assets which are essential for our business operations strategic decision-making and compliance with regulations. This role requires both a strategic leadership approach and direct technical execution. It is perfect for a strategic thinker capable of hands-on execution who understands the unique challenges of the healthcare payer landscape.

Education: Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Data Science Information Technology Health Informatics Healthcare Administration or a related field. Masters degree preferred.

Salary Range: Minimum 50.55/hour - Maximum 88.47/ will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
