Automotive Sales Consultant
Copeland Toyota is seeking a passionate and driven Automotive Sales Consultant to join our this role youll engage with customers understand their needs and guide them toward the perfect vehicle. Schedule:
- Monday Thursday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
- Friday: OFF
- Saturday: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM (Mandatory)
- Sunday: OFF
- Last day of the month: Mandatory workday
Compensation & Benefits
- Sign-On Bonus up to $500
- Potential earnings of $75000 - $100000

Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Build lasting relationships to foster a loyal customer base.
- Recommend suitable vehicle options based on customer needs.
- Proactively generate traffic through various channels including booking appointments engaging with service customers leveraging referrals and utilizing the client relationship management system.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to maintain strong connections.
- Assist in setting and achieving sales goals.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the dealership management system.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Valid drivers license and knowledge of dealership products and services
