- Review and finalize all print and digital artwork files before production or delivery.
- Ensure all materials meet brand guidelines technical specs and quality standards.
- Prepare high-resolution final artwork files for printing publishing or digital use (e.g. social media web banners OOH packaging etc.).
- Check color accuracy image resolution bleeds trims and typography alignment.
- Collaborate closely with designers art directors and production teams to resolve any technical or layout issues.
- Adapt and resize artworks for different formats while maintaining design integrity.
- Liaise with printers media houses and suppliers to ensure smooth file delivery and accurate output.
- Maintain organized file management and version control within the agencys workflow systems.
Qualifications :
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication or related field.
- 3 years of experience in an advertising agency or design studio.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign Photoshop Illustrator Acrobat).
- Strong understanding of print production processes (offset digital large format packaging).
- Familiarity with digital specifications (RGB vs CMYK web compression retouching standards).
- Proven ability to handle multiple deadlines and manage last-minute changes efficiently.
- Excellent eye for detail layout and color consistency.
- Knowledge of pre-press die-cuts embossing and finishing techniques.
- Familiarity with motion graphics or basic After Effects a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical file issues quickly and efficiently.
- Understanding of brand consistency across campaigns and media.
