What Youll Be Rocking Daily:
- Be the face of GATR - greet guests vendors and applicants like a pro
- Master the phone system and keep things flowing
- Keep our office stocked and running smooth
- Coordinate epic employee events
- Support our sales team with inventory data entry and documentation
- Track trucks from acquisition to sale like a logistics ninja
- Get hands-on with Karmak and CRM systems (well train you!)
- Be the go-to for all things admin and sales support
What You Bring to the Table:
- Strong communication skills (written verbal)
- Tech-savvy with Excel Word and general PC skills
- Multitasking wizardry - you juggle priorities like a pro
- A positive can-do attitude that lifts the whole team
