Job Summary
Nelson Mazda Cool Springs is looking for a part time or full time Showroom Coordinator! This position is essential for our team and the overall experience for our customers. They are the first point of contact and first impression of the company greeting each guest as they walk in and helping them get to where they need to be in the dealership. This role requires an individual who is a self starter loves meeting new people and great at coordinating!

Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome each person as they come into the store whether its inside or on the lot
- Log every guest into Next Up (entertheir name and/or reason for their visit)
- Oversee the Next Up operation in the dealership for accuracy and smooth guest flow
- Showroom observance for Client Advisor needs
- Acts as concierge to aid sales team
- Is fluent in the Nelson New and preowned delivery process
- Maintain cleanliness in the showroom
Qualifications:
- Valid in-state drivers license.
- Professional personal appearance.
- Desire to create the best experience for all guests that enter into the showroom
- Great at taking initiative and very proactive!
- Ability to work on your feet for the majority of a full-time work week.
- Attention to detail in task oriented job responsibilities.
- Customer focused friendly personality.
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment screening (includes background check and drug screen)
$18/hour.
