What Youll Be Doing
Lead and develop the supplier quality engineering team supporting global contract manufacturers
Implement and monitor supplier quality systems to meet FDA and international regulatory standards
Collaborate with product development procurement and quality to ensure compliant materials
Drive continuous improvement and global alignment across supplier management programs
Oversee strategic planning budgeting and long-range objectives for supplier quality
About You
Be able to do the job as described
Bring deep expertise in supplier quality within a regulated medical device or life sciences environment
Skilled at leading geographically diverse teams and external partners
Strong understanding of Design Controls and Quality Management Systems
Able to balance commercial needs with global compliance objectives
