Job Summary

This role is located in Somerville MA - We are a hybrid work environment and are in the office 3 days/per week.

About You:

As a key member of the marketing team youll establish the foundation and playbook for post-sales growth at Tulip. Your mission: drive adoption and revenue expansion through strategically designed programs and campaigns. Youll own customer marketing initiatives across channelsincluding integrated campaigns email webinars direct mail and account-based marketinghelping customers realize value and become advocates.

Youre a strategic personable marketer who thrives at the intersection of customer success product marketing and GTM strategy. You act as a bridge between customers and the organization translating insights into scalable programs that strengthen relationships and accelerate growth. What skills do I need

  • BA/BS in Business Marketing or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing and/or go-to-market strategy preferably with experience in or working with customer facing teams
  • Strong grasp of GTM frameworks customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing
  • Project and process management expertise with the ability to lead multiple concurrent cross-functional projects.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to interface at the executive level internally and with customers.

Nice to have:

  • ABX/ABM experience a plus
  • Proficient with Marketo Salesforce and marketing automation platforms

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer data to identify patterns trends and growth opportunities in order to segment and personalize marketing strategies to support adoption expansion and advocacy motions.
  • Plan execute and analyze post-sale marketing programs for customer segments tiered by revenue potential through a variety of channels including integrated marketing campaigns email webinars direct mail and account-based marketing tactics.
  • Build a platform for advocates through the Customer Advocacy program participation key third party Review Sites (i.e. G2) collection and other customer-facing virtual and live events.
  • Cultivate cross-sell and adoption collaborate with peers and contribute to programs that reinforce behaviors correlating with use case adoption renewals including webinars email campaigns community engagement etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales Product Support) to provide customer insights and align on customer-focused initiatives.

The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range posted actual compensation will be determined depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge & skills experience business needs geographical location market compensation data and internal equity. Expected compensation ranges for this role may change over time. The salary range for this position is $100000 - $143000 per year.
