Customer Service Advisor
About the Job
Due to continued growth we are looking to add to our friendly and successful Customer Service team. Reporting into Customer Services Manager you will be pivotal in supporting our customers in providing solutions to queries.
What you can expect to be getting up to as a Customer Service Advisor
- Resolving customer queries & complaints via telephone and email
- Support internal and external customers validating customer return requests within company terms & Vendor guidelines.
- Resolving customer queries & complaints within Company & Dept SLA ensuring query followed through to resolution
- Work across internal and external teams of all levels to proactively support the customer
In order to set you up for success we are looking for the following skills and experience
- A natural communication
- Passionate about customer service
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to listen attentively understand the query and advise correctly
- Diligent attention to detail
- Team collaborator
