What Youll Do:

Manage title survey zoning and due diligence with your signature precision
Draft review and organize transfer and closing documents
Coordinate real estate closings recordings and filings like a pro
Keep everyone in the loop with clear communication and follow-through
Help wrap up post-closing binders and keep clients smiling
