Your Title: Distributor Implementation Specialist

As an advocate for Trimbles distributor solutions the Distributor Implementation Specialist will facilitate the customer experience and the migration to fully connected digital workflows. This ensures our distributor partners are successful at every stage of the construction workflow from estimating and design to procurement.

What You Will Do

• Demonstrate strong working knowledge of Trimble MEPs products and eco-systems to communicate their value to our distributor partners.

• Execute proactive distributor reviews and match-rate assessments leveraging data analytics and AI-assisted tools to evaluate distributor quality within Supplier Xchange.

• Utilize call recording and AI-powered analysis tools to improve customer communications productivity of customer outreach and internal feedback loops with product development support teams and leadership.

• Grow and expand distributor awareness of Trimble and the Trimble eco-system.

• Ensure that distributors products and pricing are complete and accurate and are represented to their satisfaction throughout the Trimble ecosystem.

• Ensure distributors products are matched to Trimble products and cross-referenced to products requested by contractors via Supplier Xchange.

• Recognize potential sales opportunities and arrange introductory meetings with the appropriate Distributor and Trimble sales team representatives.

• Demonstrate and train distributor customers on using Supplier Xchange tools to manage contractor relations analyze jobs and improve match rates.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

• Strong background in technical project management onboarding or customer success ideally with experience managing complex technical projects.

• Experience in relevant technical industries such as wholesale distribution electrical plumbing construction or related.

• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies and understand complex digital ecosystems. This includes the daily use of modern AI tools to enhance productivity and data analysis.

• Exceptional communication skills comfortable leading meetings with high-level decision-makers and C-level executives.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and propose pragmatic solutions to complex integration problems.

• Strong cross-workstream capabilities coordinating work across multiple teams including sales and operations specialists.

About Your Location

San Diego CA

Our team works on-site 4 days/week from our state of the art office located off I-15 near Poway CA. We start most days at 8am to support national clients.

The Trimble Constructible Process allows specialty trades to build beyond BIM to automate fabrication and fieldwork with reliable construction data. Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
