About the role
This is a full-time (40 hours/week) temporary six-month position with the possibility to transition to a standard role.
Were looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who is passionate about building mission-driven and high-performing clinical teams.
As part of our Operations Team youll partner directly with clinical care leadership to recruit licensed nurse practitioners and psychiatrists who share our vision of creating a world where everyone has access to exceptional mental health care. Youll own the end-to-end recruiting process including sourcing candidates guiding them through an outstanding candidate experience and closing. Youll play a key role in helping scale Two Chairs and launch a new service line during an exciting phase of growth.

The salary range for this full-time exempt role is $111200 - $130800. The final offer is dependent on the qualifications and experience of the candidate hired.
