DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Warehouse/ Yard associate is responsible for tasks that are related to pulling staging and loading orders for customers as well as maintaining finished goods inventory and installation supplies. These tasks include but are not limited to lifting and carrying product repackaging product operating and maintaining a forklift meeting strict deadlines loading and organizing trucks processing and distributing paperwork yard cleanliness & organization.
- Certified Forklift Operator (training and certification provided)
- Coordinate timely staging of all products to ensure delivery to job ready date
- Organize and prioritize daily activities
- Computer literate in Excel Outlook and an ERP platform is a plus
- Proficient with filling out and processing yard paperwork such as pick tickets BOLs pack lists etc
- Exhibits a professional manner with coworkers and customers
- Experience with forklift preventive maintenance programs a plus
- Hard working individual that takes ownership of the full scope of their responsibilities
- Excellent time management decision making human relations presentation and organization skills
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with customers management and colleagues
- Regularly required to sit stand walk and use hands to handle or feel objects tools or controls
- Reaches with hands and arms to climb or balance stoop kneel crouch or crawl
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
Qualifications :
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required
- Forklift operating experience 2-3 years
- Regularly required to sit stand walk and use hands to handle or feel objects tools or controls
- Reaches with hands and arms to climb or balance stoop kneel crouch or crawl
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist

Hourly set rate:
The US pay range for this full-time position is $20.00 per hour to $22.00 per hour medical dental vision benefits starting day 1 401k and PTO. (Full-time is defined as regularly working 30 hours per week. Union programs may vary depending on the collective bargaining agreement.)
