Job Summary
Required Skills
Meet with clients to conduct needs analysis and make recommendations on Salesforce customizations
Develop project scope and schedule gather business requirements define action steps for project
Customize to meet business needs including picklists fields dashboards reporting etc.
Develop and deliver training on customizations
2 to 3 years as a Salesforce Administrator
5 years as a business analyst
certification preferred
B.S. in computer science information systems or related degree

Ability to work independently or in a team environment at various times
Work with clients either on site or remotely to understand their business processes and strategies as it relates to
