What You Will Do:

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks including guest room care
Complete and document guest and associate work orders
Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical HVAC and plumbing systems
Maintain clean and adjust pool systems and chemicals
Repair furniture fixtures and hotel equipment such as laundry kitchen and small appliances
Perform seasonal landscaping groundskeeping and trash removal duties
Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment

What We Are Looking For:

Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required; hotel maintenance experience preferred
Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
Ability to bend squat walk and stand for extended periods
HVAC electrical or plumbing certification a plus
