Job Summary
As a Car Electronics Advisor youll provide friendly fast and accurate support for customers in Best Buys car installation bay. Youll provide customers with information about services and technology related to their cars process transactions and schedule appointments.
What youll do
What youll do
- Provide information about estimates invoices and installation timeframes
- Process transactions including check in and out for scheduled appointment
- Answer phone calls schedule appointments and prepare products for Car Electronic installers
- Confirm availability of accurate parts for installation services
- Perform product demonstrations prepare remote starts and program key fobs
Basic qualifications
- Previous experience in a team environment requiring clear professional and effective communication
- Previous experience prioritizing multiple tasks in a team environment
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred qualifications
- 3 months of experience in retail or customer service
