Job Summary
Own and manage multiple product backlogs ensuring clarity prioritization and alignment with strategic objectives
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and organize product roadmap and success metrics
Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria that translate customer needs into actionable development tasks
Lead backlog grooming sprint planning and release coordination across agile teams
Partner with Engineering to evaluate technical trade-offs and ensure timely delivery
Analyze customer feedback usage data and market trends to inform product decisions
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g. GDPR HIPAA) and enterprise security standards.
Qualifications :
5 years of experience as a Senior Product Owner or Product Manager in a software development environment
Proven experience managing multiple agile backlogs and working with distributed teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency with tools like Jira Confluence or Azure DevOps
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management
NICE TO HAVE
Understanding of backup disaster recovery and data protection technologies
Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise infrastructure products
Knowledge of RTO/RPO concepts and data resiliency strategies
Background in cybersecurity or compliance-driven environments
Technical degree or equivalent experience in computer science engineering or related field
