- Develop and implement initiatives supporting the organizations vision goals and operational plans.
- Lead Regional Reporting & Analysis and General Accounting teams ensuring effective performance management.
- Manage stakeholder relationships with regional and onshore Finance Teams COEs and FP&A partners.
- Oversee KPI development monitoring and achievement in collaboration with Service Delivery and COE teams.
- Ensure operational stability and high-quality delivery across all AtR processes within the region.
- Oversee key process outcomes including PEC Balance Sheet Reconciliation Audit Support and Compliance.
- Monitor and resolve operational issues promptly maintaining strong process performance metrics.
- Drive process standardization and minimize regional variations in P&L and Balance Sheet reporting.
- Support transitions and rebadge activities within the region in coordination with Process SMEs.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies internal procedures and quality standards.
Our requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience including 4 years in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication and intercultural skills with the ability to build effective partnerships across regions.
- Strong leadership and people management skills based on modern leadership principles.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to motivate and empower teams.
- Strategic thinker with strong decision-making skills even in dynamic or complex environments.
- Highly organized and structured approach with focus on efficiency quality and results under pressure.
- Proven ability in change management negotiation and conflict resolution.
- Experience in managing and monitoring performance against service level agreements (SLAs).
- Fluency in English in a business environment.
