Gaming Attendant Norwood Hotel Take the Lead in Gaming Excellence
The Norwood Hotel is one of Adelaides favourite local destinations known for great service good times and a warm welcoming atmosphere.
Were looking for an experienced Gaming Attendant to join our team and take ownership of our dedicated gaming room. Youll work both days and nights often independently ensuring every guest enjoys a safe friendly and professional experience.
About the Role:
- Oversee daily gaming operations with confidence and professionalism
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build rapport with regulars
- Handle payouts floats and cash accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a safe compliant and responsible gaming environment
- Ensure the gaming room is well-presented and welcoming at all times
Qualifications :
About you:
- Confident and experienced in gaming operations
- Able to work independently and handle responsibility
- Flexible availability across days nights and weekends
- Hold current RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications
- Reliable professional and guest-focused
