In this role youll:
Take a proactive role as a Construction / Site Manager leading teams to deliver critical civil infrastructure projects.
As a key member of the project team youll be a hands-on leader managing construction sites in high-risk environments with a strong focus on safety quality and timely delivery.
In this role youll support a variety of civil works which may include:
Youll set the standard on site ensuring safe work practices while driving progress to meet project scope timelines and quality expectations.
This is a full-time fixed-term opportunity for a period of up to 8 months concluding on 30 June 2026.

About you
Youre an experienced Construction Manager or Site Manager confident in leading teams and managing risks in high-risk environments. You thrive on collaboration and are skilled at working with both internal stakeholders and external partners to drive project outcomes.
You have a solid understanding of plant and equipment requirements - such as crane specifications - and the ability to interpret complex drawings to plan and deliver works safely and efficiently.
Youre comfortable working closely with Civil Program Managers and engaging with environmental and heritage teams to ensure projects are delivered with care and compliance.
Youre someone who values growth and development. After six months in the role you could have the opportunity to contribute to early-stage project designs helping shape the future of key infrastructure projects.
You enjoy being on-site and value the camaraderie of a tight-knit team. This is a predominantly site-based role with a strong team culture supported by regular in-person catchups every two weeks.
