As a Float Pool Med-Surg nurse youll have the unique opportunity to rotate through many different units. This variety allows you to care for patients with a wide range of general medicine. Who Can ApplyNew graduate RNs welcome!

  • (No prior experience neededtraining provided!)
  • Associate degree in nursing accepted (must enroll in a BSN/MSN program within 1 year and complete within 5 years).
  • Active Maryland or Compact RN license (or eligibility).
  • BLS CPR certification required.

Salary Range: Minimum$35.02/visit - Maximum$52.69/visit. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
