About the Role:
Were looking for a confident outgoing rider with a passion for Harley-Davidson to represent our dealership in-store throughout the community and online. The Brand Ambassador / Dealership Representative is the face of our store connecting with riders promoting the lifestyle supporting events and assisting with activities that enhance overall dealership operations. Full-time position with varying days totaling 40 hours per week (typically Tues - Sat 9:30am - 5:30pm). Pay starting at $17/hr. bonuses!
Responsibilities:
Work alongside our Marketing Manager to support promotions and events
Participate in social media content that captures the Harley-Davidson lifestyle
Attend community events bike nights and other scheduled activities
Engage with Riding Academy enrollees and graduates offering information and assistance
Participate in HOG chapter meetings encourage enrollment and serve as the dealerships representative voice
Build relationships with employees customers motorcycle clubs and local organizations
Requirements:
Must have a valid motorcycle endorsement
Must have a genuine passion for Harley-Davidson and the motorcycle community
Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
Some experience with social media (Instagram Facebook TikTok etc.)
Comfortable engaging customers in person and on camera
Must be available for weekends nights and off-site events
Social media presence preferred but not required
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
