We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Director of Marketing Strategy & Operations to join our team! This leadership role is key to aligning sales and marketing strategies with our go-to-market (GTM) technology initiatives supporting New Business (SMB Commercial Enterprise) and Expansion Sales. The ideal candidate will optimize revenue-generating activities to drive growth and efficiency across the organization.
Strategic & Operational Support:
- Support the Head of Marketing and their leadership team with day-to-day operations strategic planning data and analytics and budget management.
- Establish a business rhythm with cross-functional teams to review performance on a weekly monthly and quarterly basis.
- Develop and maintain scalable processes to ensure best practices in funnel management and data-driven decision-making.
- Identify key growth levers size their potential impact and present recommendations to leadership.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Prioritization:
- Drive and own the prioritization process between Marketing and key stakeholdersGrowth Sales RevOps and Financeto align on strategic goals and deliver on GTM OKRs.
- Analyze current business trends uncover key drivers of change and forecast performance.
Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze the entire marketing funnels performance develop data-driven insights and recommend improvements for optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
Team Development:
- Mentor the marketing operations team fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Qualifications :
- 12 years of experience in marketing operations sales operations or a similar role in a high-growth dynamic environment.
- Deep knowledge of sales and marketing strategies operational management and GTM technologies.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM platforms marketing automation and related technologies.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive strategic vision and operational excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Finance or a related field (MBA preferred).
Additional Information :
The annual base salary range for this position is $207000 $297000 USD.
Compensation is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location experience job-related skills and level. Bonus/equity may be available.
