Capitol Chevrolet is looking for anexperienced and energetic Sales Trainer to develop our next generation of top-performing sales professionals.
As our in-house Sales Trainer youll be responsible for onboarding coaching and developing new and existing salespeople. Youll bring energy and structure to our sales floorrunning training sessions role-plays and one-on-one development meetings that help our team deliver an exceptional guest experience every time.
Conduct daily and weekly training sessions on product knowledge CRM processes phone/BDC skills and the Capitol Chevrolet sales process
Lead new-hire onboarding and track progress through the first 90 days
Shadow salespeople provide real-time coaching and hold accountability check-ins
Develop and maintain training materials and scripts consistent with company standards
Partner with Sales Managers and the BDC to improve closing rates and customer satisfaction
Assist in motivating the sales team and reinforcing dealership culture
Minimum 35 years of automotive sales or management experience
Proven success training or mentoring sales teams
Excellent communication and presentation skills
High energy professional appearance and a growth-minded attitude
Chevrolet or GM experience preferred
