Job Summary

As a Strategic Account Manager you will foster strategic growth and long-term partnerships with key omni-channel retailers supporting our retail club and mass accounts for our Moen brand of products. Youll play a central role in aligning internal and external teams helping drive results while creating shared value with our customers.

Were looking for a collaborative results-oriented professional with experience managing major retail accountsideally Walmart Costco or similar Big Box environments. The ideal candidate brings a blend of in-store & e-Commerce experience is comfortable navigating complex customer relationships and can translate insights into meaningful actions that support both customer and company goals.

POSITION LOCATION: This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule with a preference for Deerfield IL. We are also open to candidates based in Bentonville AR or Minneapolis MN. Effective fall 2025 Fortune Brands will transition to a new world-class campus in Deerfield bringing together associates from across our U.S. offices brands and functions. The campus will offer vibrant workspaces for collaboration along with amenities for dining onsite daycare fitness and recreation.

What you will be doing:

  • Support growth and positioning of Moens category expansion business across Club and Mass retail accounts.
  • Build and nurture long-term partnerships with key omni-channel retailers including national accounts.
  • Identify opportunities and guide national account relationships from initial discussions through strategic planning and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop mutually beneficial agreements pricing structures merchandising programs and supply chain planning.
  • Understand the structure of key decision-maker networks and partner with internal stakeholders to create thoughtful pull-through strategies.
  • Leverage CRM and customer engagement tools to maintain visibility organize communication and track progress on key initiatives.
  • Manage promotional and travel budgets with care to support impactful customer engagement.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting across systems and internal platforms.

 

 


Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree required (equivalent experience will be considered).
  • 5 years of experience in sales or national account management in consumer goods supporting Big Box retail customers.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% including 24 overnight trips per month and occasional non-standard hours.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Familiarity with the retail Club Mass plumbing or construction industry channels.

Additional Information :

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $100000 USD - $120000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range or be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to education training experience professional achievement business need and addition to base salary employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a role-based sales incentive plan.
