Job Summary

To repair and inspect all equipment in the factory including but not limited to production warehouse distribution office and other facilities to ensure smooth operation.
Prepare Schedule Follow-up and check maintain an efficient system of records and drawings covering all services relating to plant and machinery.
Involve in troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment with malfunction from electrical or mechanical aspect;
Supervises and develops technicians for better performance and activity.
Control all maintenance processes according to company performance.
To improve existing machines/electrical devices or systems to fit with the changes in the operation procedures and situations.
Supports other internal functions such as electrical and facilities in terms of improvements and installations and other projects that requires mechanical expertise.
Recommendation of specialist contractors.
Perform and control the maintenance plan on a monthly and yearly basis.
To maintain the record for ISO 9001 and/or ISO 14001 standard regarding preventive maintenance calibration program and others as required in Job Instruction Sheet.
Ensure that an effective maintenance schedule is set up and adhered to for all production equipment.
To be part of the firefighting team.
Ensure that all quality and environmental system and procedure are followed as directed under the ISO 9000 and ISO 14001 respectively.
To be conversant and keep a breast with current and proposed legislation on all aspects of factory services including Health and safety at work.
Control and follow up all document and job to be ensure that all run on the system and period as assigned by manager or supervisor.
Procurement control and evaluation all suppliers to support all job and achieve all target.
Action follows as ISO9001 ISO14001 ISO45001 and ISO50001 including the rules of company.
Other duties as assigned by the Engineering Supervisor Manager.

Qualifications :

Education:

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical Engineering or related field

Experiences and Background:
3-5 years experience as Maintenance engineer work (Preferable Automation Engineer)
Experienced in facilities maintenance and improvement in manufacturing
Able to communicate effectively to suppliers government agencies and customers
Know-how on government regulations and comply with regulatory requirements
Can communicate both Thai and English languages
Computer skills (MS Word and Excel PLC and SCADA)
