Responsible for the adequate management of the Human Resources areas in the
site implementation of the People Strategy at local level relationship with labor
authorities union and local Universities/technical schools work environment and
strategic business partner of the leadership team on site.
Qualifications :
- Business Administration Psychology or relevant bachelor for Human Resources
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in human resources.
- Knowledge of Mexican Labor Law and related regulations and HR best practices.
- Proficient in Change Management Problem Solving and Conflicts Management
- Organizes develops and utilizes internal networks and teams through whole organization to facilitate performance.
- Translate strategic goals into specific programs that integrate multiple disciplines to achieve overall strategic objectives.
- Establishes an environment that demonstrates legal ethical and socially responsive behavior.
- Able to adapt flexible self-motivated self-starter.
- English language advanced
