- Assist the Director of Sales in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and potential clients
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Monitor and analyze market trends competitor activities and customer preferences
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular performance reports
- Organize and conduct client meetings property tours and site inspections as needed
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments
- Mentor and support junior sales team members
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
- Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role preferably within a relevant industry
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
- Experience with CRM systems is highly advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset
- Knowledge of local market trends and business practices in Visakhapatnam
