Job Summary

  • Assist the Director of Sales in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue targets
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and potential clients
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Monitor and analyze market trends competitor activities and customer preferences
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular performance reports
  • Organize and conduct client meetings property tours and site inspections as needed
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments
  • Mentor and support junior sales team members

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
  • Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role preferably within a relevant industry
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
  • Experience with CRM systems is highly advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset
  • Knowledge of local market trends and business practices in Visakhapatnam
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus
