About the Role
We are expanding our UK team and looking for a motivated Data & BI Consultant who thrives on solving business challenges with data-driven insights. If you enjoy learning new tools applying analytical skills and working across industries this role is for you.
What Youll Do
- Partner with clients to deliver actionable data-driven insights that address business and technology challenges.
- Design and implement BI and analytics solutions using tools such as Alteryx Snowflake AWS SQL Tableau Power BI and more.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions including dashboards reports and data pipelines.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across technical and business functions from analysts to executives.
- Manage project activities such as planning scope definition issue tracking and risk management.
- Lead or support end-user training and documentation to ensure successful adoption of solutions.
- Act as a bridge between business and IT ensuring alignment and value delivery.
- Continuously learn new tools and techniques and share knowledge with the wider team.
What Youll Need
- Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong SQL skills; Python is a plus.
- Understanding of BI concepts ETL processes and data modelling.
- Experience with BI/visualisation tools (Tableau Power BI) and cloud platforms is an advantage.
- Exposure to management consulting or internal business processes is a plus.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
- Proactive practical approach with a desire to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Team player with a willingness to learn adapt and grow.
