A leading independent estate agency in South West London is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to head up its Morden branch.

This opportunity is ideal for a motivated property professional who thrives in a fast-paced customer-focused environment and enjoys leading from the front. Youll be joining a respected business with a strong local presence and a reputation for delivering excellent results.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing and driving sales performance across the branch
• Leading motivating and supporting a high-performing sales team
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
• Conducting valuations viewings and negotiations to secure successful sales
• Delivering an exceptional level of customer service
• Collaborating with other branches and departments to maximise opportunities

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in residential estate agency at Sales Manager level
• Strong knowledge of the South West London property market ideally within Merton
• Excellent communication leadership and negotiation skills
• Target-driven proactive and highly organised
• Full UK driving licence
