Enpals pre-sales tool is a self-developed platform for triggering outbound calls qualifying leads and scheduling sales appointments. It is the operating system for 150 pre-sales agents prioritizing when to call which customer and streamlining lead qualification.
Together with a team of 4 engineers your responsibilities will include:
Pre-sales tool ownership: Drive progress within the pre-sales tool ensuring efficient pre-sales processes across multiple channels and product configurations.
Platform development: Extend the tool to new use cases within the company such as onboarding new product teams or re-using the scheduling service for additional funnel steps.
Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders (sales pre-sales product engineering) to unlock opportunities and align priorities.
Leverage new technologies: Evaluate and pilot AI capabilities (voice agents transcription) with clear ROI thresholds.
Data-driven development: Analyze data and set up new experiments to identify growth opportunities.
Data product ownership: Maintain and extend pre-sales data products together with engineering and BI.
Vision & strategy: Shape the long-term roadmap of the pre-sales tool balancing short-term needs with long-term scalability and innovation.
Qualifications :
2-4 years of experience in product management or sales operations ideally with internal tools or B2B platforms
Proficient in SQL (comfortable writing SELECT queries with JOINs and subqueries; basic understanding of relational databases)
C1/C2 level proficiency in German and English
Track record building products or processes measured by conversion rates efficiency gains or revenue impact
Experience managing trade-offs across multiple stakeholder groups (sales ops engineering)
Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information in fast-moving environments
Nice to have
Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
Experience with sales operations tools or CRM platforms
