Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients understanding their business needs and objectives.
- Strategically manage key accounts to maximize revenue opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales marketing and support teams to align strategies and provide seamless service to clients.
- Regularly analyze market trends and competitor activities within the Asia-Pacific region to identify potential growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present account plans forecasts and reports to senior management demonstrating progress and strategic initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms while fostering sustainable partnerships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations ensuring prompt resolution of any issues that affect the clients experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in key account management preferably within the PCG (Performance Coating) industry or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of the Asia-Pacific market dynamics and cultural nuances affecting business relationships.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills adept at building trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Strong negotiation skills with a goal-oriented approach to achieving business targets.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently.
