Job Summary

As a manager of customer project the SW PCM works on customer specific requirements SW development/integration/test and series program versions release. Lead team to achieve project targets with respect of delivery on time on spec/quality and cost saving. Tasks registration scheduling ordering and tracking to ensure customer requirements implementation and delivery.

Job Responsibilities

1. Program version planning with support of SW project team members regarding delivery date and content of the SW
2. Cost tracking controlling and continuous efficiency improvement
3. Planning and tracking of quality assurance measures and metrics in the sub-project
4. Release of program versions on time
5. Planning and monitoring of the project resources consumption
6. Co-operation during team set up operative management of the SW Sub-Project team members
7. Regular project status report to management
8. Participation in Problem Resolution Management (identification recording analyzing implementation track to closure monitoring)

Qualifications :

1. Bachelors degree or above software-engineering/electronics/Vehicle engineering/control engineering
2. Software language skill (C language/C language/Assembly programming)
3. Embedded System Knowledge
4. Familiar with the software developing process and software test method
5. Preferred industry: automotive Also: consumer electronics
6. Excellent communication and cooperation skills
7. Excellent oral English
8. Intercultural sensitivity
